When you send an email ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) to PEI Tattoo Expo inquiring about a booth, your email must include all information:
- Artist name
- Studio name
- Contact information
- Link to your portfolio
All artists MUST be a professional tattoo artist with quality work. Artists must work in or own a professional Tattoo studio. Any false information given to the PEI Tattoo Expo will result in booth cancellation and non refund of booth fee.
Filling out the booth application does not guarantee you a booth at the PEI Tattoo Expo, but it does give us the chance to check out your portfolio and your studio.
WHAT IS PROVIDED FOR ARTISTS
- 10×10 pipe and draped booth, (1) 6ft table, (2) chairs, sharps container, garbage can, garbage bags, (and I’m sure other goodies too)
- A copy area with stencil copier and a Laser multi-function copier.
- Blank consent/release forms
IF YOU NEED……YOU SHOULD BRING
Autoclave, extra work lighting, extension cord, power bar, hooks to hang banner, an extra table, etc
Details on load in time will come in a separate email.
All booths will be assigned. If you want to be next to someone or NOT next to someone please let us know at least a month before the Expo.
Booths are for (2) artists and a helper. A max of 3 VIP Artist passes will be given to each booth. If you need more, you can purchase them for a reduced price of $15.00 each at the PEI Tattoo Expo booth.
If you plan on sharing your booth, we would like to know who will be tattooing and sharing your space. The PEI Tattoo Expo will have final say on who is tattooing in your booth.
If for some reason you have to cancel your booth, please let us know ASAP. Any booth cancellation after May.1st will result in non refund of booth fee (if the booth can’t be filled)
All visiting artists MUST be using single-use disposable or bring enough pre-sterilized items to last you the weekend. Please make sure all disposable items are from approved sources. Your sterilized items MUST be properly packaged to prevent possible contamination.
Each booth will be provided release forms which will include a spaces for needle lot number and cartridge number and artist signature. These must be filled out.
A blood-borne pathogens certificate is not required but we ask that you bring a copy if you have it. Inexpensive courses are available on line, here are some links.
